T-Shirt Connection is a fun, upbeat retail store located at Broadway at the Beach, offering something for everyone! We carry a wide variety of apparel and gifts, including t-shirts and sweatshirts for adults and kids, plush animals, toys, jewelry, and Myrtle Beach souvenirs like mugs, shot glasses, and ballcaps. We also feature popular brands like Simply Southern and Kerusso. Our store has a relaxed, family-friendly beach vibe, and we’re looking for friendly team members to match. We have openings available now, for our busy summer season and beyond!

Position: Sales Associate
Pay: $10–$12/hour

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, helpful manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Process and stock incoming merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Support overall store operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Dependable and punctual

Experience:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• We are happy to train you—no experience necessary

Our shop is currently hiring for a key holder position. As a key holder, you would be responsible for opening & closing the store, assisting and directing other sales associates, greeting customers, running the register, processing merchandise, stocking, keeping up with the sales floor, and other daily duties. Our store is open everyday, with current hours 10AM to 9PM throughout the week (store hours vary throughout the year). Key holder candidates must be available for evening and weekend shifts. Previous retail or other customer service experience is required for key holders, with payrate based on verifiable experience.
